It is a property being developed by Parkview Developers and an ownership group of small niche gay-oriented Axel boutique hotels. The resorts will be located at the west end of 42nd Street. Developers are spending $30 million dollars to create a 90,000 square foot complex comprised of bars, retail shopping, restaurants, spas, dance clubs and a 127 room Alex Hotel. 

Out NYC Urban Resort stands to become an icon in the industry. New York is annually rated as the top vacation destination for gay consumers. The thought of an urban resort tailored to creating an “all gay” experience certain seems to be a slam dunk success. You can be that Parkview Developers is counting on it.
